Terms of Service
1. Purchase process
By placing an order on the Site, you make an offer to purchase that ONETWO may accept or reject. The contract is finalized upon payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order summary.
2. Prices
All prices are shown in Colombian Pesos (COP) and include VAT where applicable. ONETWO reserves the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect already-confirmed orders.
3. Availability
Products are subject to stock availability. If a product is not available after order confirmation, we will notify you and issue a full refund of the amount paid.
4. Payment methods
We accept the payment methods enabled by Wompi (Bancolombia): debit and credit cards, PSE transfers and other means available in the gateway. Payments are processed securely by Wompi / Bancolombia.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of payment confirmation by writing to us at onetwobrand72@gmail.com. After that time, the order may already be in preparation and cancellation does not guarantee an immediate refund.
6. Acceptable use
It is prohibited to use the Site for illegal or fraudulent purposes, or to damage ONETWO's systems or reputation. We reserve the right to cancel accounts or orders that breach these conditions.
7. Modifications
ONETWO may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after modifications implies acceptance of the new Terms.
