Returns & Exchanges Policy
Timeframe
We accept exchanges and returns within 15 calendar days from the order delivery date. After this period, exchanges or returns cannot be processed.
Conditions
For an exchange or return to apply, the product must be in perfect condition: unused, unwashed, with all original tags and in its original packaging. We do not accept products showing signs of use, stains or alterations.
How to request an exchange or return
Write to us at onetwobrand72@gmail.com with the subject "Exchange / Return" indicating: order number, product to exchange and reason. We will reply within 2 business days with instructions to ship the item.
Return shipping cost
The return shipping cost is borne by the customer, except in cases of a defective product or an ONETWO error, in which case we cover the cost.
Refunds
For an approved return, the refund will be made through the same payment method used, within a maximum of 10 business days after receiving the product in good condition.
Discounted products
Products purchased on promotion or with a discount can only be exchanged for another product of equal value. Cash refunds do not apply to discounted purchases.
