Data Privacy Policy
1. Data controller
ONETWO, domiciled in Barranquilla, Colombia, is responsible for processing the personal data collected through this Site, in compliance with Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013 (Colombia's Habeas Data regime).
2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide: full name, email address, phone number, shipping address, date of birth (optional) and purchase transaction data. We may also collect anonymous browsing data through cookies.
3. Purpose of processing
Your data is used to: (a) manage and process orders; (b) send confirmations and shipping updates; (c) send commercial communications and newsletters, only if you have given consent; (d) comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the performance of the sales contract (art. 18, Law 1581 of 2012) and, for marketing purposes, on the express consent you provide when subscribing.
5. Retention
Customer data is kept for the time necessary to manage the business relationship and comply with legal obligations (minimum 5 years for accounting data). Subscriber data is kept until you withdraw your consent.
6. Your rights (Habeas Data)
You have the right to access, update, rectify and delete your personal data. To exercise them, write to us at onetwobrand72@gmail.com with "Data Rights" in the subject line. We will respond within a maximum of 15 business days.
7. Third parties
Your data may be shared with payment service providers (Wompi / Bancolombia) and logistics providers, under strict confidentiality agreements. We do not sell your data to third parties.
