Shipping Policy
Shipping within Colombia
We ship throughout Colombia. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days once payment is confirmed. Orders are dispatched from Barranquilla.
Shipping costs
The shipping cost is calculated based on the destination and shown at checkout. Orders with a subtotal equal to or above $200,000 COP get free shipping within Colombia.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If after 12 business days you have not received your order, contact us at onetwobrand72@gmail.com.
International shipping
We ship internationally with a rate based on the destination region, calculated at checkout. Charges are made in COP. Destination-country taxes and customs procedures are the buyer's responsibility.
Liability
ONETWO is not responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to force majeure. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, the risk transfers to the buyer.
